Di Lorenzo brings over 25 years of experience as a dean and administrator at New York University to his new role at AllCampus and is currently the Director of Skilling Strategy at Micron Technology, where he is focused on creating and implementing a strategic framework for job architecture and skills development for Micron’s 48,000+ employees worldwide. He also served as Executive Director of RIT Certified, where he collaborated with employers to identify skill gaps and workforce challenges while also leading the design and implementation of high-quality training that equips individuals with the skills needed to succeed. His experience is rooted in bridging higher education outcomes to industry application.
At AllCampus, Di Lorenzo will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging his extensive expertise in higher education and workforce development to advance AllCampus’s mission. In this role, he will act as a connector and advocate, facilitating introductions with prospective employer partners and sharing insights that align with AllCampus’s commitment to accessible, low-cost education solutions for their employees. His understanding of both employee needs and organizational priorities will be invaluable in shaping impactful education benefits strategies and better servicing AllCampus customers and their learners.
